You don’t even need a yoga mat to do this sequence! Spend a little more time all cozied up in the morning and join me for some relaxing yoga in bed. Once you learn this sequence, you can use it over and over as your go-to yoga in the morning wake up call.
The best thing you can do for your body and mind is to take at least a little bit of time for yourself in the morning. I highly recommend having a solid hour if you can make it happen, even if it means getting up a little earlier. Taking that extra time helps keep you sane for the rest of the day.
The best thing to do with that time other than just stretching? Meditate and stay off of social media. Don’t check your emails. Just be with yourself, welcome in the morning. Your to-do list will feel much more manageable once you’ve made time for yourself.
Yoga in Bed is great, but what about meditation?
Don’t know how to meditate or have a hard time connecting with it? Check out my 21 Day No BS Meditation Course! I’m so excited to be able to offer this practice online and to help guide everyone through the ups and downs of starting to meditate. I hope to see you there!
