Yoga for Hamstrings – Yoga Twists and Balance

This nice, almost hour-long class, is perfect for the beginner-intermediate yogi who wants to work on some hamstring stretches and balancing yoga poses. We will also work through some great twisting yoga poses to give your internal organs the perfect little squeeze and hug. This kind of detox yoga flow, paired with proper diet and liquid intake is a great way to work towards cleaning out your system and revitalizing the body.

The only prop you will need is a yoga block so grab your mat and let’s do it!
